A potpourri of good news...
Because His mercies are new every morning; great is His faithfulness.
Dear Friends,
It’s my delight to share some events that have encouraged my soul recently…
Immigration Victory
Back in January, I received an urgent plea from a hardworking and concerned father: He (engineer) and his wife (medical doctor) immigrated in 2021 after his company assigned him to open a branch office. As part of the process, they were forced to get COVID injections, against their desires and better judgment. (Thankfully, no ill effects thus far.)
Despite this setback, he actually had a positive experience in our country (!) and desired to stay and raise his family. They applied for a green card (aka legal permission to stay) and were told by immigration officials that his three unvaccinated daughters (ages 6, 4, and 2) — who all had COVID twice — were required to get 2 rounds of COVID injections (since that was what the CDC vaccine schedule said).
You can read my full response here..
So guess who emailed me last week?
Hi Dr Turner!
Wanted to thank you once again for taking my case last year for the medical exam of my kids!
Their greencard was approved and there were no additional requests from USCIS, meaning that they fully accepted your report!
Thanks again, I really appreciate!
God bless, best regards,

Come on, ya’ll!! Praise the Lord!!! :)
My legal case against WA state moves forward
Though they sanctioned me, as I wrote about in my last post, this week I received this email from my attorney, Pete Serrano:
You may have forgotten about this case, since it's been dormant for a while; rest assured that we have not. The waiting period was to allow each of your administrative actions (the board hearings) to be completed with an associated punishment affixed. Now that has happened, we're firing the case back up.
Today, we filed a Motion to Dissolve the Stay in the case – that means we're asking the Court to pick the case back up and issue a scheduling order. We've also asked the court to issue a stay on your punishments, although it is NOT likely that the court will touch that request at this point. Our goal with this document is to put the judge's eyes back on the case; if he grants the stay we requested, that would be a huge relief for each of you. If not, we plan to bring another Motion that would allow the Court to decide the matter quickly (as opposed to going to trial down the road). As you can see, the case is scheduled for a hearing on October 4th, which is the next planned activity, although the judge could decide the case ahead of the hearing. We'll keep you posted.
Thanks,
Pete

And finally…
RFK Jr. and Trump join forces
While it’s possible to legitimately find fault with either or both of these men, I choose to look at the bigger picture, and I believe this represents a potent, dynamic, and synergistic opportunity to change the course of our nation, especially as regards healthcare. Let’s strike a blow for The Resistance…
May The Force Be With Us!
Ebulliently Yours,
Thanks doc, I needed some good news today! God bless you
Dr. Turner, it occurs to me that you share attributes exhibited by Robert F Kennedy, Junior and Donald Trump that being primarily your willingness to fight and never give up. God‘s blessings.
