After looking at my last year’s calendar, I was reminded that there had been numbness on the left side of my body, arms, hands and legs. Now I’m guessing the strange sensations on the left side of my face WAS NOT caused by X-Lear. Sorry for the misunderstanding Dr. Turner and X-Lear.

Thank you for this info. My husband uses the Rescue Xlear spray. It has oregano, eucalyptus, tea tree and parley oils. He likes that one the best.

Dr Turner - would love to see a future post on lead, cadmium and mercury in foods and supplements. I've been reading a lot about this and I am concerned that these toxic metals are in everything - from chocolate, bread, supplements etc. How do we detox from these things? They are almost impossible to avoid. I'm wondering what effect these metals have on the endocrine system (especially the thyroid) and metabolic function.

Thank you for everything you do!

We grow lots of garlic. Can we get the same benefits from eating it in food as we do from the concentrated pills. What kind of daily "dose" of fresh garlic would you advise?

Hi there. Normally it is 200mg once a day, if you are sick double that. I hope this helps -Laura the trustworthy assistant.

I started using X-Lear nasal spray in Sept 2024, for 3 months about 3 times a week, in both nostrils. I have been experiencing a strange numbing skin crawling sensation on my left side of my face, only, many times during a day, since starting X-Lear. Could this be a possible side effect?

I used to get nosebleeds while using any type of nasal spray. When I stopped spraying them straight up my nasal canal and turned the nasal tip towards the side of my nostril, the nosebleeds stopped. Thanks for the tip on ImmuneMist by Dr. McCullough. I have been following him since 2020 and believe him to be an incredibly smart, caring doctor we can all trust! Dr. Turner is incredible, too!

Which nasal spray will definitely NOT cause a bloody nose on my grown son? He won't use any since he thinks they all will do that to him. Thank you for an answer.

Hi there. I am not sure which ingredient causes him to have an adverse reaction. There are different types of Xlear ingredient wise. Also, someone else left a comment that Xlear caused him to have nose bleeds, but this did not. We can’t guarantee that it won’t, though. I Hhope this helps. Laura.
